PCB Train Express 1 day turnaround service specifications
Quoted prices for the PCB Train Express 1 day turnaround are for the following service and pcb specification:
- Prices are per circuit and are based on the dimensions of that circuit. Multi-circuit panels containing a mixture of different circuits or step & repeated panels of the same circuit attached by tabs are not permitted on PCBTrain Express, but may be ordered on the PCB Train standard service.
- Circuits supplied will be 2 layer 1.6 mm Fr4 PTH, 1oz copper finished thickness.
- Finished with immersion silver finish over tracks and pads on both sides.
- Single sided will be supplied but they will be manufactured using the PTH process.
- Minimum track and gap 0.2 mm
- Pcbs are supplied as single circuits only
- All holes will be treated as PTH
- Only top and bottom copper layer files, excellon CNC drill files, and a profile layer file will be used. All other files will be ignored.
- Profiles will be cut with a 2.00 mm diameter router as a simple single pass
- Profiles must be drawn with a single continuous line, the centre line of which will be treated as the cutting line. Compensation for the cutter diameter is not required.
- No alterations, editing, or additional instructions regarding the circuits may be made after order submission
- No solder resists
- No legends
- No internal cut-outs, circles or slots
- No close or connected holes (holes spacing at least 0.30mm)
- No panelisation or step & repeating
- No design rule checking
- "readme" files, design notes or documents will be ignored
- Electrical test is not included
- No milling or counterboring
- No scoring or tabs
- No gold or other finishes
Minimum CNC drill size is 0.50mm, maximum CNC drill size is 6.5 mm
Data must be received by 12.00 midday on a working day and we will ship by close of business the following working day.
The maximum number of circuits available is 25 depending on the size of the circuits. For larger quantities, double up your order, or use PCB Train or ask us to quote.
Overnight freight cost will be £10.00 within the UK. Please enquire regarding overseas freight costs.
